Areas affected...portions of the Texas Panhandle

   Concerning...Tornado Watch 325...

   Valid 252144Z - 252315Z

The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 325 continues.

SUMMARY...Large to very large hail threat and tornado potential
   continues.

DISCUSSION...A pair of supercells northeast of Lubbock will continue
to pose the risk for large to very large hail. The southern cell is
situated along a remnant outflow boundary has been further
influenced by near storm interactions. This cell has a history of
producing hail up to 2.75". Nearby surface winds are northeasterly,
however, the cell has turned southward. Should this cell begin to
move into more favorably backed southeasterly winds, tornado
potential could increase with ingest of streamwise vorticity and
enhancement of near surface vorticity from the aforementioned
   boundary.
